It is said to be always “while there is health”, “suffices salute” and it is true. Health is the most important thing that we, our most valuable asset.
If we are not healthy, we are not ourselves, we can not fully enjoy life. Maintain our health depends on us. Physical activity (by the favorite sport in a simple walk), is not only pleasant, but it does work well our brains and our immune system. A walk a day increases our resistance to disease and helps keep our good humor. Try not to use the machine as often as sometimes happens. E’ from young people that there is laziness or they begin a lifestyle that will accompany us and we will train up to the rest of our days. Feed so varied, in moderate amounts and respecting the rhythms and times for meals, is not just a boring rule that gives us our doctor. E’ something that makes us feel better, most vital, that helps us to think and react to life in a better and faster. Limit your intake of sugars and animal fats, that bring our bodies to require more and more.
Avoid or moderate alcohol use; avoid the use of tobacco. Giving us enough rest, occasionally, a little break to prevent stress. Learn to recognize the signs of our body, without resorting to medicines for every little ailment.
But the real question that we ask here is: what to do when our health is threatened not so much by a wrong lifestyle, but rather from an acute (o cronica), sometimes inevitable with advancing years, not dangerous enough to threaten our existence but sufficiently invasive to determine pain, generalized or localized, of sufficient magnitude to compromise our quality of life?
